1. General overheating: If the heating temperature is too high or the holding time at high temperature is too long, the strength and toughness of the hot stamping film will decrease, the brittle transition temperature will increase, and the tendency of deformation and cracking during quenching will increase.


2. Fracture inheritance: There are overheated materials. After reheating the hot stamping film, there are many controversial theories of fracture inheritance.
